Individual Private Sound Bath

Service Description

For in-home sessions, I arrive approximately 15 minutes before our scheduled start time to set up in the space you’ve chosen and to begin to connect with you and your current needs. All instruments are provided, including crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, gongs, koshi chimes, a Peruvian gourd rattle, a crystal pyramid and an ocean drum. To support deep relaxation, I also offer eye coverings and gentle aromatherapy, helping to create a calming, immersive atmosphere for the guided sound experience ahead. Together we come to an understanding of where your heart and mind are to set the intention for the sound therapy session and cultivate a personalized experience.
