About Me.
My name is Bailey McKnight, and I am a Holistic Wellness Practitioner specializing in Sound Healing, Breathwork, and Nervous System Regulation. My work is rooted in integrative wellness, supporting the healing of the body, mind, and soul through gentle, therapeutic practices that help people slow down, reconnect, and restore balance.

At the heart of my practice are therapeutic sound healing and breathwork sessions—intentional experiences designed to calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and create space for deep inner connection. I partner with addiction and mental health treatment centers, senior living communities, and also offer private sessions and group events. Each experience is guided with presence, compassion, and a trauma-informed approach, honoring where each person is in their healing journey—at any stage and any age.

My approach to holistic healing is nurturing, trauma-informed, and people-centered. I am a certified holistic nutritionist, yoga instructor, and certified peer support specialist group facilitator with a passion for psychology and philosophy. Through sound healing, breathwork, and mindfulness practices, I create safe spaces where people feel grounded in their bodies, supported in their minds, and empowered in their healing.

My journey into integrative wellness began over seven years ago through yoga and meditation. Breathwork became a powerful tool, helping me regulate my own nervous system and cultivate a deeper relationship with myself. During a challenging chapter in my mental health journey, I experienced therapeutic sound and breathwork in a residential treatment setting—an experience that shaped my calling and inspired my mission to share these practices with others.
Since then, I have continued studying Eastern philosophy, holistic healing modalities, and nervous system science, remaining committed to my own growth and self-discovery. My work is grounded in authenticity and vulnerability—openly sharing my story to inspire connection and remind others they are not alone.

At its core, my practice is about embodiment. I strive to live from a place of unconditional love—what the Greeks called Agape—a steady, non-transactional love freely given. It is an honor to hold space for healing, self-discovery, and meaningful connection.
